Union County Public Schools welcomed back 41,000 students Monday morning.

“We’re managing the school system on a day-to-day basis. We’ll pivot when we need to and we’ll make adjustments along the way,” Superintendent Dr. Andrew Houlihan said.

“I’m excited. I’m kind of nervous; it’s going to be really different going to a much bigger school,” said ninth-grader Navya Goswami.
