Accordingn to http://tapinto.net The chilly weather didn’t deter the thousands of holiday revelers from enjoying Union’s Winter Wonderland and Holiday Village on Friday and Saturday.

Visitors enjoyed much holiday cheer as they walked around Biertuempful Park decked out with an ice skating rink, food trucks, a gingerbread house, Santa’s Workshop, a beer garden, various entertainment around the park and on the stage, vendors, a tree lighting, and an appearance by the one and only Santa Claus.  

“The holidays are a great time in the Township of Union,” said Assistant Business Administrator William Reyes, who spearheaded the event.  “This is the culmination of a lot of hard work and a lot of people coming together to bring families and friends to enjoy the best time of the year.  There’s no better place to celebrate the holidays than in the Township of Union.”
