According to nj.com, Art Cafe, a combination process-art studio and coffee bar, will open Jan. 13 in Westfield.

The space is designed for children and their caregivers to explore art while enjoying coffee and pastries, according to a recent statement by Cory Dimitrakopoulos, the art cafe’s co-founder.

The studio, at 317 South Ave., will offer weekly classes for children ages 2 to 10 years old. Classes include Mini Makers for toddlers ages 2-3, Little Creators for kids 3-5, After-School Creators for ages 5-7, and Creators Club for ages 6-10.

Art Cafe will serve coffee from Boxwood Coffee Roasters and pastries from Kirshenbaum Baking Co. The space will also feature a gallery curated in partnership with local artist Ricardo Roig, displaying work from emerging and established artists available for purchase.
