As a part of UCPAC’s Classic Film Series 35mm, the theater will be showing Steven Spielberg’s massive blockbuster film, Jurassic Park on Friday, February 28 at 8 p.m.
Guests are invited to enjoy popcorn, a pre-movie organ show played on our historic Wurlitzer Organ, the classic Three Stooges short ” Disorder in the Court” on 35mm, and a 35MM screening of Jurassic Park all for $5.
In the film, paleontologists Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern) and mathematician Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) are chosen to tour an island theme park populated by dinosaurs created from prehistoric DNA. While the park’s mastermind, billionaire John Hammond (Richard Attenborough), assures everyone that the facility is safe, they find out otherwise when the predators break free and go on the hunt.
