· Qsina 8, a Ramen Noodle/Asian themed restaurant that signed a five-year lease for 1,658 square-feet.
· Illusions Hair which signed a five-year lease for a new 1,411 square foot salon.
· Norma’s Florist which signed a five-year lease for 1,074 square feet of space.
· Angie’s Nails which signed a ten-year lease for a new 1,562 square foot salon.
