As reported by https://patch.com/ The Union County Board of County Commissioners invites children ages 12 and under to enjoy Sensory Friendly Storytime at three local public libraries in March, featuring readings by County Commissioners and other community leaders.
“Read Across America is something I look forward to every year; seeing the excitement in children’s faces as we come together and celebrate reading is one of the things that I love doing most as a County Commissioner,” said Commissioner Chairman Sergio Granados. “This year, we are very proud to work with our local libraries to feature Sensory Friendly Storytime events that ensure all children will be able to participate and enjoy this inclusive, worry-free environment.”
