WBGO’s All That Jazz concert series brings the Dizzy Gillespie All Stars with special guest Paquito D’Rivera to UCPAC’s Hamilton Stage in Union City on Saturday, June 6, with shows at 5 PM and 8 PM. The series is a partnership between WBGO, UCPAC, and Smooth Jazz NJ.

The Dizzy Gillespie All Stars are directed by bassist John Lee, who served as Gillespie’s bassist from 1984 to 1993. The ensemble performs classic bebop repertoire with veterans of Gillespie’s bands alongside rising young jazz talent. Before each show, guests can enjoy cocktails and live piano in the WBGO Piano Lounge, with doors opening at 4 PM and 7 PM.
