First residents move into The Mint in downtown Rahway

The Mint in downtown Rahway has welcomed its first renters, infusing new energy into one of Union County’s most prominent dining, entertainment and arts and culture epicenters.

Additional move-ins are scheduled in the coming weeks with leasing in full swing at the new 116-home rental building, according to development partners Fields Grade and Slokker Group.   The Mint features an eclectic mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom homes with monthly rents starting at $1,545and offeredwith Grand Opening incentives that include one-month free on a 13-month lease.
