RARITAN, NJ – Kayla Toomer has a busy schedule. She is a second-year law student at Seton Hall Law in Newark, works full-time at a Sixth Avenue law firm in Manhattan, works an internship at the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of New York, and she is finishing up a master’s degree in diplomacy and international relations.
