Fearvana Yoga will hold its 12th annual Salute to the Sun event, called The Big 108, on Monday, September 21 at 6 p.m. at Theodore Roosevelt Park in Cranford, located at the intersection of Pacific and Orange Avenue. Attendees are asked to arrive between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m. to park and find a spot, and organizers note there is no rain date.
The annual event brings together yoga studios and their communities from across the area to attempt as many sun salutations as possible, up to the full 108. Participants are welcome to take part at any level, whether that means completing a handful of salutations, working through the full set, or simply relaxing on the grass for the evening. Attendees are encouraged to represent their home studio by wearing its logo apparel, and should bring a friend, water, a towel, and a yoga mat.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Fearvana Foundation. More information can be found at participating yoga studios or at FearvanaYoga.com.
